Eligible Participants

These Rules shall take effect on April 1, 2026. Registration for the competition constitutes full acceptance of all terms herein. Should any participant have objections regarding rankings, points, or prizes, they may submit a written appeal along with supporting evidence to the Organizing Committee during the public notice period.

The Committee will conduct a verification and provide feedback accordingly.

Furthermore, to ensure fairness and maximize incentive efficacy, the prize pool allocation plan will be dynamically formulated by the Organizing Committee based on a comprehensive assessment of key metrics—including actual participation scale, overall distribution, and risk performance—and will be subject to unified public disclosure.
